Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
Minutes are available free of charge to all owners.
Contact us to request a copy. Only approved, not draft, minutes are available. Typically meeting minutes are approved by the Board at the subsequent meeting, and so there may be a delay in receiving minutes.
Randolph Square Bylaws
Electronic copies of the bylaws are available to all owners for free upon request. Hard copies are available for a $50 fee.
Contact us to request a copy. If you are selling your property, you need to request a
Sales Disclosure Packet, which has the bylaws
and other documents as required by Virginia law.
Contact Northern Virginia Management to request the entire Sales Disclosure Packet and arrange payment.
Reserve Study
Mason & Mason, Capital Reserve Analysts, Inc., prepared our Condition Assessment and Reserve Fund Plan UPdate in 2006. The study is available for all owners to view at the offices of Northern Virginia Management.
