A: The Board meets monthly at Lee Community Center (5722 Lee Highway Arlington, VA 22207). The schedule is posted here. All owners are encouraged to attend the Board meetings. You can contact the Board through NV Management at nvmanagement@erols.com
A: The monthly condo fee of $310 covers exterior maintenace (including scraping, painting, brickwork, and roof repair/replacement), common area maintenance, professional off-site property management, exterior pest control, snow removal, exterior lighting, and an annual HVAC contract. The HVAC contract pays forboth a Spring and Fall inspection by our contractor. We no longer have a plumbing contract.
Please note that replacement of doors, windows, and mailboxes are the individual unit owner's responsibility.
A: You must submit a variance request, along with photos of the proposed door, window, or landscaping design, for the Board's review and approval PRIOR to beginning work. We will soon be posting samples of doors and windows that have been approved in the past, but keep in mind that even if you choose one of these samples, you MUST apply for approval. If you do not obtain approval, the Board may require you to replace doors or windows that do not meet community standards at your own expense. Read more about our architectural standards here.

Please note that owners may only receive minutes that are approved, and so there is typically at least a one month delay. Draft minutes are not available.
