The next Randolph Square Community Board of Directors meeting will be held at 7pm on September 14, 2009 at the Madison Center (all are welcome to attend). map.
Notice: (11 Aug 2009):
On Thursday, August 20th, the Community's pest control service will performing their routine treatment. They will be treating the exterior of each home and they will be inspecting each Sentri Con termite baiting station. They will need to access each yard to be able to check each station. Please keep your gate unlocked on this day so this service can be completed.
*We will also be posting a notice on each door as a reminder.

ue to the increased presence of mice in the community, a pest control contractor has placed a number of rodent control traps on the common area of the community. They are anchored down and locked. They will not pose harm to children or animals but please leave them alone so they can do their job. Assessments Reminder: Please remember that the monthly assessments are $310/month. If you are not paying the correct amount, your account will be charged late fees. You can avoid future problems by signing up for
automatic debit here.
