ue to the increased presence of mice in the community, a pest control contractor has placed a number of rodent control traps on the common area of the community. They are anchored down and locked. They will not pose harm to children or animals but please leave them alone so they can do their job. Assessments Reminder: Please remember that the monthly assessments are $310/month.
